Two builders, one point of view.

We met building software and never really stopped. For years we ran a digital agency together, shipping apps and platforms for public institutions, startups, and household names.
Along the way we learned that great software comes from clear thinking, high standards, and humane decisions, not from chasing trends.

Chris LoSacco
I’ve been creating interfaces, managing products, and running development teams for more than 20 years. I firmly believe that good software can dramatically change businesses, and people, for the better.
I’ve worked as a consultant inside some of the world’s largest companies and been a hands-on advisor to growing startups. I spent nearly eight years growing the design & development agency Postlight, much of that time alongside my business partner Gina, and we took that company to an acquisition by NTT DATA.
Now I’m focused on helping organizations and the motivated builders within them make better software.

Gina Trapani
I wrote my first line of code in fourth grade in BASIC, on the IBM PCjr my Dad brought home. My first tech job was staffing the help desk at my college campus computer lab.
I've worked as a software developer at New York City startups. I was the founding editor of the blockbuster blog-turned-book Lifehacker. I founded and led the open source Todo.txt project for almost a decade, co-founded the beloved social media analytics startup ThinkUp, and served as chair of the board at the progressive non-profit Radiant Earth. I still write a blog.
Most recently I served as the CEO of Postlight, a digital product agency I grew and led through its acquisition by NTT DATA with my business partner Chris.
Today Chris and I remain committed to helping builders make better software at Chris & Gina.
